They made some long-range forecasts too that called for a dryer winter than usual. Temperature’s above normal and a warmer and wetter than normal spring! So there you have it! Straight from the horse’s mouth. Sounds like spring will be good for planting. The trees should enjoy the warmth and the rain and the Smoky Mountains will once again be clothed in the many shades of green that adorn our mountains and valleys!
