Hill Billy’s Restaurant is a new restaurant near the center of the strip in Wears Valley, Tennessee. You can not miss it with a 1950’s type Chevrolet pickup on top of the sign outside the restaurant! Hill Billy’s is bound to become a Wears Valley favorite in no time! Enter through the front door and you will find another 1950’s style pick up truck in the center of the dining room! In the back of the truck is a whiskey making still that is rumored to have been at one time used and recently found in the hills not too far from here! What makes this fun, is your invited to sign the truck using a silver marking pen!
Hill Billy’s is open for breakfast and lunch and their specialty item is pancakes! The serve them stacked and hot! You can get them with fresh blueberry’s or strawberry’s. They also serve them topped with chocolate chips or nuts! On the menu will also find a whole host of egg dishes, homemade biscuits and sausage gravy! Breakfasts come with your choice of ham, bacon or sausage!
Hill Billys serves lunch too! Burgers and sandwiches! You will find all American favorites on the menu as well as some interesting ones with a new twist!
We have eaten breakfast here many times and always for found the food very good and the service friendly! And like everyone else we think their pancakes are the best in town!
