Cancellation Policy

1.) The fee to cancel is equal to 1/3 of the total amount, the same amount you paid to hold the reservation.

2.) If you cancel more than 30 days before your arrival date, your only charged the cancellation fee.

3.) If you cancel less than 30 days before your arrival date, your responisble for the entire reservation amount. (unless we can re-rent your nights, and then you would be returned the difference. This depends on what we can get in rent as we often have to discount nights when it becomes a last minute rental)

Cancellation Insurance: When you make a reservation, we send out a confirmation email. In that confirmation email is a link to a company that shops all available travel insurance websites and it will give you a selection of insurance policies that can be purchased to cover as much or little as you wish. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
